Richard K. Richmond passed away Sunday, July 1st, peacefully at home with his family by his side. Rick was born and raised in Oneida, NY and graduated from Oneida High School in 1982. He then worked for 17 year at Oneida Limited before becoming a corrections officer for New York State. Rick retired from NYSCO after 17 years of service.
